A Rafter of Turkeys

These wild turkeys were thankful that I drove by and gave them all a generous portion of seed.

This is Bent Tree where I live. Autumn here has been totally awesome the past two years!!! Sometimes I think I am dreaming as I meander thru the neighborhood. Mouth gaping wide. I hope you enjoy taking a look at some of the colorful pix I took. I suspect that the spectacular foliage here is a direct result of the drought we have been under.

Big Black Bertha

A large female black bear taking a stroll thru Bent Tree. She has no tan markings, just solid black. Awesome!

She was with her cub which I believe was about two years old. The cub seemed too large to be this years baby.
